Storyboard expands each scene as an accordion, managing every shot as a thumbnail + detail alongside the scene summary, characters, and dialogue. Each shot shows its keyframe or generated clip (hover preview + a versions modal when present), with reorder (up/down + drag), edit, and generate buttons. In edit mode you set cinematography fields — shot size, angle, lens, lighting, camera motion, transitions — via selectors, and can apply an auto cinematography suggestion derived from the scene's emotional arc and beat.

Language of the Lens

Overview

A lens-technique reference distilled from Mercado's 'The Language of the Lens' into an ontology. Cards are grouped into six intent categories (space, movement, focus, flares, distortion, intangibles), each showing lens, focal length, focus and movement specs plus a ready-to-paste English prompt phrase and film examples. Typing a query ranks matching techniques by intent score, and example images can be generated per card without an API key.

How to use
  1. 1Type a directing intent or mood into the search box to filter techniques ranked by score.
  2. 2Narrow the scope with category chips (space, movement, focus, flares, distortion, intangibles, or all).
  3. 3Read each card's lens specs, summary, and film examples.
  4. 4Click Copy to put the English phrase on the clipboard, or Insert (when opened beside a prompt box) to drop it into the current prompt.
  5. 5If a card has no example image, generate one via its Generate button or Generate All at the top.
Models used

Example image generation: god-tibo-imagen (/api/owntent/imagen, local Codex auth, no API key). Recommendations use a local scoring algorithm, no model.

Tip

Card phrases are English prompt fragments meant to be pasted verbatim into generation prompts; keep them untranslated. Even without a key, 12 flagship techniques preview via bundled schematic SVGs and example images.
