The creator dashboard is home base for running your fanbase. The fandom-health panel shows followers, push-reachable fans, active members, 30-day active fans, your M2+ renewal rate (fans who paid into a second month), and a loyalty ladder of subscription tenure. Below it: revenue by source (membership / episode unlocks / tips, with the 20% platform fee stated), membership tier design, broadcasts, story polls, shoutouts, your public profile, and per-episode management.
- 1Sign in and open /studio/creator. First time? Register your handle in the public-profile section — it becomes your /c page address.
- 2Read the fandom-health panel: the size of your owned audience (followers + push opt-ins + members) and whether you are keeping them. If members are about to expire, send a win-back broadcast.
- 3Check revenue by source and pending payout. The fan roster (CRM) sorts by lifetime tips and auto-tags whales, new fans, expiring, and auto-renew-off.
- 4Design up to three membership tiers — name, price, perks such as members-only side stories and endcard name credits.
- 5In episode management, set members-only, early-access, or a scheduled release per episode.
No generative model involved — metrics aggregate live from the fan and payment ledgers.
Tip
M2+ renewal is the number that matters most — keeping a fan into month two compounds harder than acquiring a new one.
