Acceptable use policy

Your responsibility

CinePilot ships with no AI models and no adult content. Generation runs through models and services you choose and connect — your own API keys, your own ComfyUI instance, or third-party catalogs you browse. You own your outputs, and you are solely responsible for what you create and how you use it. When you use a connected third-party model or service, that provider's terms also apply.

Strictly prohibited

You may not use CinePilot — directly or through any connected model — to create, request, upload, publish, or distribute:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes, depicts, or endangers minors — including stylized, drawn, or AI-generated depictions. There are no exceptions. We block searches that signal this content and report unlawful activity where required by law.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual content depicting a real, identifiable person without their consent.
• Deceptive deepfakes — synthetic media made to impersonate a real person without consent for fraud, defamation, harassment, or political deception.
• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights, including using models, likenesses, or source material you do not have the right to use.
• Content that promotes illegal activity, incites violence or hatred against a person or group, or is intended to harass, defame, or harm.
• Malware, or attempts to disrupt, abuse, or bypass the security or rate limits of CinePilot or any connected service.

Adult content (18+)

Adult-oriented features are off by default. Where the law permits and you self-enable them, you confirm you are 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live), you keep such content away from minors, and you comply with all applicable laws. The prohibitions above always apply — adult does not mean anything goes.

Publishing & selling

When you publish to the community showcase or offer work for sale, you confirm you have all rights to do so and that the content follows this policy. We may remove content, restrict accounts, and respond to valid takedown requests.

Reporting & enforcement

To report content that violates this policy, email support@cinepilot.app. We may remove content, suspend or terminate access, and report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
